Thanks for your interest in our Physics Olympiad. The Olympiad is an annual event organized and conducted by the Department of Physics, a part of the College of Literature, Science and Arts, at The University of Michigan - Ann Arbor campus. The charming city of Ann Arbor is located about 40 miles west of Detroit, and it is regarded as a cultural center of the mid-western region of the USA.
We are happy to announce that this year there also is NO FEE for registration and participation in the Olympiad.
Each participating team member and attending teacher will receive a useful commemorative surprise accessory upon arrival.
Checking in: Registration verification and the Welcoming ceremony will be held at 182 Dennison, on the Central Campus of The University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, Michigan. Check-in formalities will handled at a check-in table outside the lecture room. You may have your breakfast inside the lecture hall or out on the lawn. The Welcome Ceremony will be in 182 Dennison.
Traveling Directions and Maps: Please visit our Campus Information Center to obtain written travel directions to Ann Arbor and our Central Campus. The site also provides Interactive Campus Zoom-Maps to help you.
